Win the Battle of the Weight Loss War
Weight loss is a topic on the mind of most Americans. Many of us have developed quite the expanded waistline. It’s not an easy battle to win, and I speak from personal experience. I am still working to lose the last tweny-five pounds, but I have lost a total of sixty so far. Believe me, if I can do it, you can.
After learning about the things I needed to know in order to win my personal battle, I had two serious accidents that added some roadblocks to the fight. Injuries to my back and knee sidelined me for quite some time, but even though I couldn’t do much in the way of cardio workouts, I was still able to avoid gaining it all back. Even if you are as exercise challenged as I am, you can still do it.
My e-book can help you in this fight. In it, I tell you my story and how I am working to get back into shape. There is information about how to look at calories, food and exercise. As a Master Herbalist, there is also information about various herbs that may or may not help you in your struggle. Some topics include:
You don’t have to eat tasteless food, you can eat well and still lose weight.
Not all calories are the same. Why choosing one type of bread over another can make a big difference.
Boredom is one of the biggest killers of any lifestyle change…but you don’t have to be bored.
